About the academy

Welcome to the XCL Parkour Academy, where movement becomes art and obstacles transform into opportunities! Led by experienced and skilled instructors from the Kamileon Active  team who have led CCAs at school for the past term, this academy is tailored for students who are passionate about mastering the art of parkour and taking their skills to new heights.

In the XCL Parkour Academy, we embrace the freedom of movement and creativity. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience in parkour, our instructors will provide expert guidance and encouragement to help you progress at your own pace.

With a focus on individualised attention, we maintain a low coach-to-student ratio, ensuring that each participant receives personalised feedback and support during every session.

Our training sessions are designed to refine the fundamental techniques of parkour, including jumping, climbing, vaulting, and precision landing. As you advance, we’ll explore more challenging movements and help you develop your own unique style.

Safety is paramount in our academy, and our instructors will teach you how to assess risks, make safe decisions, and build confidence in your abilities. Additionally, we prioritise the importance of respect for the environment and others while practicing parkour.

Age Groups

Open to all 7–16 year olds

Timing and Equipment

Please arrive at the academy classes no later than 10 minutes before the session is due to start. Participants should be dressed in appropriate apparel/footwear for their sport.
